If you find it a bit ridiculous to be constantly wasting the packaging that electronics often come in, this attachment might be right up your alley. It is made to fit the plastic packaging the iPod Nano (1st and 2nd Gen) or iPod Shuffle (2nd ad 3rd Gen) comes in when originally purchased.
Just place the speaker panel on top of the open box, then as normal plug in the iPod and play. The speaker doesn’t require a power source, making it much more mobile friendly.
It can actually be used on other things besides the iPod packaging, it can be customized to fit onto a smaller container like a water bottle. The speaker costs $39.99, which isn’t too shabby, especially since you aren’t just tossing that packaging away.
