		<description><![CDATA[so..... how did these observers determine the people were texting?   It sounds like they merely identified people who were visibly interacting with a phone.    What if they were clicking over to the next song on the music player using the car-dock feature?   What if they were interacting with their GPS?  What if they were doing any of the inumerable things which require only one or two button presses?]]></description>

Paying attention while we drive whether we are eating, listening to music, or  using a hands free device is the most important thing. Texting to me is like reading a book while you drive. Read it when you get home. Cars don&#039;t drive themselves.]]></description>
