For the $130 that this gadget costs, it should be able to do a lot more in my opinion. It works with just about all the iPods that have dock connectors, including the iPod Touch, which is kind of nice.

But all it does is allow you to navigate your music library on your TV while playing music. Viewing photos has to be done manually, and there is no video playback, so really it’s just this side of useless, and they are charging $130 for it.

It has a set of RCA outputs, S-Video out, a power adapter, reset button, and NTSC/PAL switch all on the back. Other than that it has only slightly more than the expected buttons on the remote. There are options for video both on the remote and on the TV menu, so maybe that is a possibility, but unless it is its and overpriced piece of crap. Also something to note in regards to the picture functionality being manual, that might be due to the old iPod they were using, it might work more seamlessly with the newer models it was clearly intended for.
