TCL Roku TVs expanded with 3800 and 3850 Series

TCL and Roku have announced a couple new lines of smart televisions loaded with Roku's set-top box software: the 3800 Series comprised of three televisions, and the 3850 Series comprised of four televisions. With these, users are able to enjoy Roku's software without needing one of the Roku boxes or the streaming stick. These join an already expansive line up of Roku smart TVs from TCL, which has been working with Roku for a while now. More details after the jump!

The TCL 3800 Series features a 32-inch model, which will be priced at $229 USD; a 40-inch model which will be priced at $339 USD; and a 50-inch model, which will be priced at $479 USD. With this series, the televisions offer 1080p Full HD resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate (on the two biggest models), and a quad-pedestal stand.

The slightly higher-end 3850 Series lineup features a 32-inch model priced at $249 USD; a 40-inch model priced at $359 USD; a 50-inch model that will be priced at $529 USD; and a 55-inch model that will cost $699 USD. With this series, the televisions will feature a more unique metallic gunmetal finish, as well as an all-aluminum quad-pedestal stand.

The seven televisions will be available later on this month from both online retailers and in stores across the nation. It's not clear what date, exactly, the televisions will be arriving this month. For more TCL and Roku news, check out the timeline below.
