One very early listing on GameStop has revealed the release date for a game we didn’t know until now would certainly exist. This game is The Walking Dead: Game of the Year Edition (GOTY), ready for PlayStation 4. This game has been released in this edition on a couple of other platforms before, and will head to the newest in new Sony hardware by June 17th.
Making certain the presentation of their game is left up to their own crew, Bethesda Softworks have released a 30-minute gameplay video of Wolfenstein. This game goes by the full name Wolfenstein: The New Order, and it’s only otherwise had 5-minute clips or less. This is the first full-fledged gameplay video unveiled.
Microsoft's console ambitions continue to lag behind Sony's PlayStation 4, with concerns that the gulf in sales between the Xbox One and its key rival could be a trend of things to come. Sony announced earlier this week that it had sold seven million PS4s, prompting Microsoft to confirm it had shipped five million Xbox One consoles since launch.
The March 2014 NPD Group numbers are in, and with them Microsoft has earned additional bragging rights for Titanfall, which was the number one bestselling game last month. Beyond that, Xbox One sales since launch have hit more than 5 million, a strong number that still lags behind the PS4's 7 million.
