If you’re a die-hard World of Warcraft devotee, you’re likely itching for information regarding the upcoming Wrath of the Lich King expansion. While Blizzard is keeping a tight lip on when they hope to release it, we do know that they have begun alpha testing.
It’s been a little while since we’ve gotten any really good info about the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. Today brings a piece of particularly juicy info regarding inscriptions.
My addiction to World of Warcraft has been suppressed for several months now. I can’t say how long I’ll be able to keep it up once Wrath of the Lich King hits later this year, but for now, I have one more reason to stay away. While I’m not a terrorist, I’m still thoroughly disturbed to hear that our own government is using the game to hunt down extremists.
In case you didn’t know, World of Warcraft hit the 10 million subscriber mark last month. That’s a lot of monthly income for Blizzard, however, it seems that not everyone is paying from a legit credit card. So many fraudulent payments have gone on that a bank in the UK is cutting players off from their beloved game.
I’ve been addicted to WoW for some time now. However, much to the displeasure of my fellow guild mates, I’ve managed to stay away from it for the last few months. For those that still haven’t kicked the addiction, how would you like to play on your cell phone?
For seven dollars, plus shipping and handling (although I’m sure Hot Topic or Spencers will have it sooner or later) you get two mana potions. Each one is 40mL of caffeine saturated goodness.
I have been enjoying all of the different WoW commercials that have come out lately. I can never decide if I like the Mr. T commercial or Mini Me’s version. However, this new parody tops them both, featuring the WoW night elf pimp. Video after the jump.
Those that have been sucked into World of Warcraft tend to take great pride in their characters. Sadly once we log off for the day, we have no way to admire our favorite one. I know I tend to go through withdrawals from my elf priest, if I had a statue of her to get me through those dark times outside of WoW I might be able to hold off a little longer.
I’ve heard the stories about WoW, the one about the kid who quit school so he’d have more time to play and the like. I’ve seen several spoofs of content from the game but I never played it myself. I know what it’s like to be addicted to a game, I was addicted to an online game called StarKingdoms, and I’ll admit it. It sucked my life away, but I over came and that’s why I’ll never play WoW, I’ve heard it’s the crack cocaine of the gaming world.
So Dell, not too long ago, sold a pair of WoW customized laptops for charity, well, now you can buy one for yourself without the charity price. The customizations aren’t all external with some cool decals slapped on a XPS M1730, they went all out.
