Many have heard about the Figureprints that you can enter a chance to win the opportunity to buy a figurine of your favorite WoW character. However, the odds of getting one seem so slim that it might be best to look for an alternative way to turn your character into art.
Vivendi Games, has finally come out and said at least a slight time period as to when the new expansion for WoW will be released. Thus far, it has just been all of us guessing when it would finally be out.
BlizzCon has officially been announced, now all of us can sit and wait to see what goodies will be presented there. I believe last year is when the murloc suits were released for your character on WoW.
Last week we brought you some info on the upcoming WoW expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. In my rambling I mentioned my desire for mounts that could carry a passenger. Apparently I was receiving some sort of psychic feed from Blizzard, because it looks like we’ll be getting just that.
We’re all waiting to hear more news concerning the latest expansion for World of Warcraft. There hasn’t exactly been a plethora of information surrounding Wrath of the Lich King, however, the guys over at GameSpy invaded Blizzard and demanded the scoop. Apparently their demands were met.
Not too long ago I informed you that Blizzard Wrath of the Lich King was coming along nicely, and that Blizzard had begun the Alpha process. Unfortunately some people have taken this knowledge and tried to use it for evil. Namely setting up fake websites and sending out emails informing people that they have been accepted into the beta program for the upcoming expansion.
I have always enjoyed gaming movies, I am one that is extremely easy to please when it comes to them too. I even enjoyed the latest Resident Evil that Scott here at Slashgear will start ranting about if you ever bring it up. Now, that being said, I never ever want to see the likes of Uwe Boll snagging the rights to create a World of Warcraft movie, frankly I think I’d go on a gaming strike. Thankfully Blizzard is smart enough to recognize Uwe Boll’s lack of talent and turn him down flat.
I have a confession to make, I recently started playing WoW again. I thought I had managed to kick the habit, but unfortunately I just wasn’t strong enough to stay away for good. I’m sure that I would have faltered once Wrath of the Lich King made its way to my desk. Speaking of the upcoming expansion, we have a few leaked screenshots that you might be interested in viewing.
I have always enjoyed checking out the different designs that get etched onto gadgets. One of my favorite gadgets to see it on is the iPod, but even if this isn’t one, at least it is an Apple product. This MacBook Pro has been laser-etched to feature the Dark Portal out of World of Warcraft.
This was a long week with no major events occurring, but there were some pretty big announcements. For starters we have a new BitTorrent Set Top Box from Myka, no more will you have to waste power by leaving your entire computer running all night just to get the latest screener from FXG or aXXo, and this little set top box will do it for you and then play it right from its hard drive for added ease. Then there were rumors abound of Blockbuster potentially putting out a new Set Top Box to push their movies, TV Shows, and other content out to.
