Treo 500v Reviewed

The Treo 500v was released on the Vodafone network very recently, and now its been reviewed. They only really had 3 things bad to say about it. The first was that they were still using the 2.5mm headphone jack instead of the 3.5mm one that’s pretty standard. The second was the loss of the audio off switch on the top of most Treo’s. the third was that although the keyboard was usable, it was still pretty small. Read The Full Story

ASUS p550 PocketPC based phone has just been outed by the FCC

This little jewel just cleared the FCC and should be on its way to release, somewhere, until then, all we have are some specs. Let’s start with the Windows Mobile 6 Pro and 570MHz processor that this wonderful handset is packing. On top of that, the p550 packs in GPS, Wi-Fi, and a tri-band GSM chipset. New i-Mate Ultimate 6150 smartphone

The i-Mate 6150 really is the ultimate in smartphone devices. It runs Windows Mobile 6.0 Pro and has a 520MHz Intel Bulverde CPU inside. It even has an FM radio, and a video out for projectors and other displays for presentations and such. For connectivity it has a quad-band GSM chip for voice. For data there is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, infrared and best of all, HSDPA. There is also a 2.8 inch VGA touch-screen.
