Logitech has outed its latest webcam, the Logitech TV Cam for Skype, a $149.99 peripheral that turns your Skype-supporting HDTV into a video conferencing system. Although this feature has been a staple for a couple other notable mobile OS groups for at least several months now, webOS has today introduced video calling, and it looks pretty darn nice. We're live at the HP / webOS event today learning all about the new devices and the new OS: webOS 3.0, which will be running on each of them. Cisco’s Android Cius slate gets sub-$1,000 price tag

While manufacturers are clamoring - Samsung aside - to undercut Apple's iPad with their own Android tablets, Cisco seems content to milk their enterprise customers for all they're worth.  A developer FAQ for the Cisco Cius has leaked to CrunchGear, revealing that the company expects the 7-inch Android-based webconferencing slate to come in at under $1,000 when it arrives - in limited numbers - by the end of 2010.
