Logitech has outed its latest webcam, the Logitech TV Cam for Skype, a $149.99 peripheral that turns your Skype-supporting HDTV into a video conferencing system. We're live at the HP / webOS event today learning all about the new devices and the new OS: webOS 3.0, which will be running on each of them.
