Eight years ago, I was in love with Linux and I fell for it even more when I found Debian Linux. I dreamt about Linux being sold to the average Joe years ago, and today many companies do just that. I applaud Everex for taking a step to bring Linux-based computing to the masses.

This is the final half of my review of the Axiotron ModBook, sadly I am shipping it out, back to them, tomorrow. I must first say that I have surely fallen in love with the MacBook and OS X as a result of this review as I’d never used either prior to this review.
Its been a long hard road, but they wanted to get it done right the first time, and so far it seems they have. Axiotron is finally producing their ModBook.
LaptopMag was one of the first if not the first to get their CloudBook and they did the usual unboxing/fondling of it and have some interesting first impressions. In a nutshell, they seem to hate it.
I’m going to whine a little and say how dare Apple to give the world’s first unboxing of the MacBook Air to the Japanese market. Why couldn’t Steve also include the unboxing of the MacBook Air as part of his presentation?

Vincent got his Mysto by way of FedEx this morning, it looks great. He hasn’t yet taken the time to review it, so this is just pictures of a more or less dead phone, there is one with the phone on, but that’s it.
Even though the Samsung BlackJack II is only a refresh of the original BlackJack, it is greatly improved with a larger capacity battery (1700-mAh) while maintaining the slim form factor and the addition of GPS and the Front Jog wheel, doubling as a D-Pad, makes it easy to use while on the move.
