, Dec 17th 2010 Discuss [0]

The TRON: Legacy-themed accessories aren't going to stop showing up just because the movie is now available to watch in theaters. But, when they look as good as this new design from PDP, we can't really say that we're disappointed in that fact. Of course, this isn't the first controller with the TRON theme we've seen heading to the Xbox 360, but it is the first one we've seen that's actually licensed by Microsoft. It's up to you to decide whether or not that has anything to do with the fact that this controller looks so nice. Read The Full Story

If you're a TRON fan, then you've probably been pretty happy with the TRON-themed accessories that have been released the last few months. You may have even given some serious thought into buying your own light cycle (we can't blame you). But, if you didn't want to spend the money to race around your city on one, maybe you'd prefer to stay in a room designed specifically to look like it was removed from the TRON world, and shoved into an ice hotel. TRON: Legacy Light Cycle USB Drives Light Up When Connected

, Nov 29th 2010 Discuss [0]

If anyone thought that the marketing push for the upcoming movie TRON: Legacy was going to die down, it doesn't look like that's going to happen any time soon. Which makes sense, considering the movie is just about to launch on theater screens around the world. And, while perhaps having the "look" of a TRON-themed gadget may be enough, we fully expect a TRON-themed device to light up in some fashion or another. And thankfully these USB drives do just that. TRON: Legacy isn't set to release to the masses until December, but that's not stopping companies from producing all sorts of "special edition" products based on the movie in some fashion or another. While video game controllers may be some of the best we've seen so far, the tip of the iceberg has to be the outfits you can purchase based on characters from the film. With the release of the TRON sequel just about on us (it's going to be the perfect Christmas gift, after all), there's no reason you should be surprised to see that the video game version's Collector's Edition has just broken cover. As many "collector's" items go, there's always a few goodies inside to make your purchase, which is usually a bit more expensive than the "normal" edition, worthwhile. That's certainly the case with this one. Read The Full Story

OMG… Street legal Tron lightcycle up for auction!

I like Tron and would have gladly sold my brother to the circus as a kid to get a real Tron lightcycle. I tried to make one myself by using duct tape to secure some of those glow sticks to my three-wheeler, but it just wasn't the same. You can now get your own real light bike that is actually street legal and comes with a Tron helmet. Someone needs to go check on Tron Guy, he's probably in a nerd overload induced coma somewhere right now. Read The Full Story
