T-Mobile USA has just made the myTouch 4G official, their latest Android smartphone and another new device to take advantage of the carrier’s high-speed HSPA+ network, and we’re at the NYC launch event. A video demo pulled from a leaked T-Mobile myTouch ROM has run through several of the new features the HSPA+ Android smartphone will be offering when it arrives in time for the holidays.  AndroidCentral spotted the footage, in which the handset is referred to as the T-Mobile myTouch 4G. T-Mobile adding Android WiFi calling support with DEFY and myTouch

T-Mobile USA has announced that it will be bringing WiFi calling to Android, with the VoIP functionality rolling out over the coming months.  Powered by Kineto’s Smart Wi-Fi app, the feature will allow for voice calls and SMS messages to be routed over WiFi b/g/n connections, though so far T-Mobile is yet to confirm exactly which handsets will support the service. T-Mobile myTouch official: HPSA+ and 3G/WiFi video calls

T-Mobile USA has outed its next HSPA+ capable Android smartphone, the T-Mobile myTouch.  Previously tipped as the myTouch HD, the new handset has a 3.8-inch WVGA resolution touchscreen, Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8255 processor and a front-facing camera for video calling over 3G and WiFi.
