Samsung has officially announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, the company's 10.1-inch dual-core Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet which we've been expecting for the past few weeks. Unlike the original, 7-inch Galaxy Tab, which used Samsung's own single-core Hummingbird processor, the Korean company has looked to NVIDIA's Tegra 2 1GHz dual-core chip for this larger model. AT&T Motorola ATRIX 4G pre-orders open

As promised, AT&T has thrown open pre-orders for the Motorola ATRIX 4G, ahead of the dual-core smartphone's release on or around March 6. AT&T Motorola ATRIX 4G due March 6: $200 alone or $500 with Laptop Dock

AT&T plans to begin taking pre-orders for the Motorola ATRIX 4G from February 13, with deliveries and general sales of the sizeable Android smartphone expected on March 6. That's according to the WSJ, which claims to have been told the dates from the carrier itself. T-Mobile USA has poured cold water onto rumors of price leaks for the upcoming Dell Streak 7, which had been guesstimated at $330 after what appeared to be Equipment Installment plan information was spotted at the bottom of the 7-inch tablet's information page. Pricing for Dell's upcoming Streak 7 tablet may have been prematurely posted, with T-Mobile USA apparently giving details of its Equipment Installment plan for the 7-inch slate. According to the Dell Streak 7 product page, as spotted by Streak Smart, the tablet will be available as a "$82.50 down payment, plus 3 monthly payments of $82.50, required"; that would work out to $330. LG's Optimus 2X Android 2.2 smartphone has gone up for pre-order via UK retailer Expansys, which is promising that the Tegra 2 powered superphone is expected to arrive on February 21 2011. Motorola ATRIX 4G and Laptop Dock Hands On Demo [Video]

Motorola says they have the most powerful smartphone around with the ATRIX 4G, and they’ve been showing it off at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show without hesitation. The device is feature-rich in of itself, but Motorola managed to throw in plenty of extras to sweeten the deal for potential customers. Including a laptop-like dock that allows owners to connect the device, and access the device with a keyboard, display, and mouse.
