This is a follow up article to the Everything You Want to Know about the Samsung Q1 Ultra. As you can see, there are significant improvements in the Q1 Ultra.

The Q1 Ultra is about half an inch shorter than the Q1b. There is a split keypad on either side of the 7-inch screen.

The Q1 Ultra supports native 1024×768 screen size. This make makes a huge different on a device this small.

The Samsung Q1 Ultra is possible one of the best ultra-mobile pc ever created. This time, I really mean it. No, seriously, I really, really, really mean it this time. There isn’t much time for me to show you all the video footages from the press conference, but over the next day or so I’ll upload them for you to see for yourself.

There’s no doubt that the Q1 Ultra is eye-catching and practical in design. Its QWERTY keypad and stylus pen makes it practical and mobile without any extra accessories.

Long live, the Q1 Ultra’s battery life! The Q1 Ultra offers over 3.5 hours on a standard 4-cell battery, while the optional 6-cell battery guarantees over 6.8 hours.

SlashGear at CeBIT: Samsung q1 ultra UMPC image gallery

Here’s the image gallery for the new Samsung q1 Ultra. The official press announcement is in 20 minutes – so I won’t have much time to upload the video I took earlier this morning. I’ll upload the walk through videos for your viewing pleasure as soon as the press conference ends.

A few highlights of the q1 Ultra include the split keyboards on the left and right hand side. There’s now 1Gb DDR RAM, 0.3-megapixel camera on the front for video conferencing or whatever you want to use it for. There is also a second camera mounted on the backside.
