Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 processor confirmed as Clover Trail+ with LTE abilities

This week the folks at Samsung delivered news of two new Galaxy Tab 3 devices, each of them bringing with them the next generation of GALAXY S 4 aesthetics and wireless abilities. The 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 3 was delivered with a note that it'd be bringing a dual-core Intel processor inside, but only in a very general way - certainly not what Android addicts were looking for in their detail journals. Today though, Intel has come to the rescue with specifics.

Galaxy Note III appears in Samsung code aside Tab 3, Galaxy Zoom

As the next Samsung press event approaches, device names have been appearing here and there both with and without specifications attached. In this case it's the inevitable Samsung Galaxy Note III, complete with its code-name SM-N9000 riding in the source code of Samsung Kazakhstan, of all places, along with some other rumored devices. Here we also see the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, 8.0, and 7.0, along with the Samsung Galaxy S 4 Zoom - a replacement for the Samsung Galaxy Camera.

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, 8.0, and 10.1 appear on retailer shelves early

This week the folks at Adorama have revealed their first listings for the next generation of Samsung tablet, both the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, 8.0, and 10.1. These two devices take on the form of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (pictured below) and GALAXY S 4, but take away the Note's pen and modify their shape just a bit. This is the first time the devices have appeared available from a retailer in the United States, while the tablets are just hitting shelves internationally.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 appears in video run-down

As the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 continues to appear as the company's newest device in the mid-sized tablet category, a video has appeared this week showing off the newest Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 - the non-stylus tablet segment for the company. This device will be part of the fourth wave for the tablet line in Samsung's arsenal, the first being the original Samsung Galaxy Tab, released with a 7-inch display and Android 2.3 Gingerbread back in the year 2010. This newest Galaxy Tab features an aesthetic and abilities similar to that of the newest Galaxy Note series.

Galaxy Tab 3 revamps Samsung’s 7-inch Android tablet range

Samsung has revealed its latest Android tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, slimming down from its 7-inch predecessor and offering WiFi-only and WiFi + 3G variants. The new slate, running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on a 1.2GHz dualcore processor, trims the bezels of its 1024 x 600 LCD TFT display so as to come in at a trimmer 111.1 x 188 x 9.9mm, while still accommodating a 4,000 mAh battery.
