Samsung insists Galaxy Tab 10.1 on schedule: No changes over iPad 2

Samsung has denied plans to delay the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet, insisting that the slate's release has not been postponed amid attempts to make it more competitive against the iPad 2. "We will continue to make every effort to provide the most powerful, well-designed and productive mobile device to customers" claimed Executive Vice President Lee Don-Joo, though that does not include slimming down the Galaxy Tab 10.1 as initially hinted at. Samsung adds live TV streaming for Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy S II

Samsung's Galaxy range of Android-based devices have always had DLNA support for streaming content, but the upcoming Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet and Galaxy S II smartphone will gain live TV support the company has confirmed. Majority of CIOs surveyed are buying tablets for employees

Morgan Stanley's latest report on corporate technology development reveals a very interesting statistic that shows the impact tablets are having on corporate America.  According to the suvey of 50 enterprise CIOs, 21 percent are already involved in widespread tablet purchases for employees and another 51 percent are expected to begin doing so within the next twelve months. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 hands-on [Video]

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 all but leaked in its entirety over the weekend, but we were still excited to see what the company had done to bring the original Galaxy Tab concept up to speed with Android 3.0 Honeycomb. Making its debut at MWC 2011 today, and set to hit the Asia and European markets in March, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 may not have a Samsung CPU powering it – NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 does the crunching duties instead – but it still manages to distinguish itself somewhat from the XOOM.

Samsung has officially announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, the company's 10.1-inch dual-core Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet which we've been expecting for the past few weeks. Samsung hasn't really managed to keep a lid on either the Samsung Galaxy S II dual-core smartphone (aka the Galaxy S 2) or the new Galaxy Tab 10.1", and now the company has pushed out official photos of the handsets.
