Back in Feburary,Samsung announced that it had sold 20 million Galaxy S II devices across the world, and in March the company declared that it had shifted 5 million Galaxy Notes. Samsung might be taking a page out of the Apple playbook and preparing to launch a smartphone that falls in between the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy S III. What will potentially be called the "Galaxy S II Plus" has appeared in a benchmark database, An3DBenchXL. Samsung Galaxy smartphones banned in Europe by Apple patent complaint

Apple has won another victory against Samsung in their ongoing legal battle. The Dutch courts in The Hague have today issued a preliminary injunction against Samsung’s Galaxy S, Galaxy S II, and Ace smartphones that would ban the sale of the devices across almost all of Europe. The ruling, however, does not include Samsung’s Galaxy tablets.
