Samsung has announced the ATIV Smart PC Pro 700T with AT&T 4G LTE support, providing users with mobile broadband connectivity on-the-go. Samsung's Windows RT Ativ Tab tablet will not be available in the US, Samsung's Mike Abary told the folks over at CNET. The reason? Samsung's retail partners reportedly indicated that demand for Windows RT tablets is low, and that the burden of educating consumers on Windows RT is too high. As a result, the Korean company has decided that it "ought to wait."
