Panasonic has outed a trio of new VIERA TVs, including one model with an integrated Blu-ray player, and another which can be gesture-controlled. The Panasonic VIERA DMP-BV300, DMP-HV200 and DMP-HV150 each have 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 displays, digital TV tuners and SD/SCHC/SDXC memory card slots, along with integrated ethernet for YouTube and DLNA streaming. It's taken inPulse a little longer than expected, but the company's Bluetooth watch for remotely controlling a BlackBerry smartphone is now finally shipping. AeroViroment develops operational unmanned aircraft for DARPA that looks like a hummingbird

A company called AeroVironment has developed an awesome unmanned aircraft for DARPA that is tiny and designed to look like a hummingbird. The little flying machine uses two wings that flap to hover in the air and fly in any direction. The total weight of the aircraft is two-thirds of an ounce and that includes batteries and a camera. Sonos Controller for Android due March with voice control [Video]

Sonos has announced its latest controller app, this time headed to Android smartphones. The Sonos Controller for Android will hit the Market in late March and, like the company's existing iOS apps, be a free download. New on the Android version, however, is music voice search, which will allow users to search for tracks, artists and albums using spoken requests. Voice control also works for searching for new streaming radio stations, and the Android app has the same multi-room volume and track control as its predecessors. It requires a device running Android 2.1 or later, with a screen size of HVGA 320 x 480, WVGA 480 x 800 or WVGA 480 x 854; that basically means most recent phones. EFO Wireless Google TV keyboard/remote ideal for Logitech Revue

We were reasonably impressed by Logitech's Revue when we reviewed the Google TV STB last year, but one of our main concerns was how living room friendly the standard wireless keyboard remote was.
