There's already a new BlackBerry 10 device with a full QWERTY physical keyboard, but there's another one coming to town -- or at least in other towns that aren't getting the BlackBerry Q10. The BlackBerry Q5 was announced today, and it features a lot of what the Q10 has, including the touchscreen mixed with the physical keyboard, but it'll be catered towards emerging markets around the world.

BlackBerry Q10 appears in USA with T-Mobile, business first
This week the BlackBerry Q10 has been ushered in to the United States smartphone market with announcements from carriers across the board, starting with T-Mobile. As T-Mobile noted earlier today, they'll be bringing pre-orders to the web starting on the 29th of April with business customers first up for in-hand action. Minuum Android keyboard sparks crowdfund interest with one-row layout
This week a set of developers hoping to create a new way for users to use touchscreen-based keyboards have seem some significant success, finding 873% of their goal met in their first crowdfunded venture. The app environment these developers have presented is "Minuum Keyboard", one created for Android devices initially, here showing off the entire English alphabet in a single row near the bottom of a smartphone or tablet screen. Having met their Indegogo goal several times over, they're now headed for a June release for the software in beta.

A QWERTY Lumia? Don’t hold your breath says Nokia’s smartphone boss
Nokia may not have ruled out a QWERTY Windows Phone for its portfolio, but the chances of a device with a physical keyboard are shrinking, according to smartphone chief Jo Harlow. Samsung Galaxy M Pro 2 leaked with QWERTY Android onboard
A device with only a Samsung code-name GT-B7810 has appeared with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a lovely full QWERTY keyboard in a set of leaked photos. This machine looks to be the next step in an evolution from the original Samsung Galaxy M Pro released in 2012, complete with some metal (or metallic) Android menu keys still running strong. BlackBerry X10 QWERTY touch smartphone leaked in single white-case photo
There appears to be a whole new double-down in the BlackBerry 10 universe this week with a leaked image of what's being called the BlackBerry X10. This device sits in a photo near the BlackBerry Z10 all-touch smartphone as well as the BlackBerry Dev Alpha C smartphone given to 1,500 developers earlier this year. This photo is fairly clear, but of course completely unofficial and unconfirmed by RIM.

Motorola PHOTON Q 4G LTE: August 19th for $199.99
Motorola announced that the PHOTON Q 4G LTE would be coming sooner rather than later, and now the company has confirmed that the handset will be available to pre-order starting from today, with the phone expected to hit retail shelves this Sunday on August 19th. The phone commands the typical $200 price tag on a new two-year contract, and packs a five row horizontal QWERTY keyboard in conjunction with the latest internals.
