This morning we're sitting in on the first big CTIA keynote speech as headed by FCC CEO Julius Genachowski, here to play how to talk about how, as he says, "Wireless is THE Game Changer." This keynote speech series will also include MasterCard Wordwide president Gary Flood as well as Pandora CEO Joe Kennedy - plus Cellcom 2012 CTIA chairman Patrick Riordan. We're likely to hear several bits on how the FCC will continue to work with the wireless industry through the future to bring you the information you need while the wireless industry improves our lives in so many more ways than one. Here we've got Samsung's smartest smartphone with newly enhanced S-Voice abilities over the Galaxy S II, 8-megapixels of photography power on the back with 1080p video, and a whole lot more!

My CES 2012

There's no larger an event the entire year round for tech bloggers such as I, and at the moment, there's no bigger trade show for Consumer Electronics than CES - this being my first full year attending the events inside and surrounding CES 2012, I thought I'd give you a bit of a look inside what it means to be on the publisher's side of this monster storm of keynotes, meetings, and floor time. Now that the week is over, I've got a couple of moments to sit on the couch and attempt to put down everything that happened (viewable through our [CES LIVE Portal]) without having a heart attack over the sleep I've lost, and I'd like for you to snoop in on the situation from this perspective. Google IO 2012 dates announced

It's the biggest Google developer event of the year, Google IO, and it feels like we were just there, but next year's dates have been announced already! The 2012 Google IO event will be taking place on April 24th through the 25th and will be housed at the fabulous Moscone Center West in San Francisco, California. Heat! Bring your Easter baskets and put those Android bunny ears on because by that time, it'll be a whole different game on the mobile operating system front for the big G. Add that date to your calendar folks, we'll be there without a doubt!

Samsung Google Android event set for October 19 in Hong Kong [Official]

Invites have been sent out to those considered worthy of attending what may well be the biggest event in the shared history of Samsung and Google, one taking place LIVE from Hong Kong, China. This event will almost certainly be showing off the newest Android operating system Ice Cream Sandwich working on a Samsung device either called the Nexus Prime or the Galaxy Nexus. One way or another, the 19th of October, Hong Kong (and the 18th of October, USA, for those that understand time zones,) will be the date of the big Samsung Unpacked event that was cancelled last week. Can you even contain your excitement at a time like this?!
