Razer Lachesis gaming mouse gets update

The Razer Lachesis mouse was first unveiled long ago and it was one of the better gaming mice to hit the market me thinks. I had one and spent many an hour playing games with it. Razer has unveiled an updated Lachesis gaming mouse this week. Read The Full Story

Asus CineVibe Headphones Feature Rumble Feedback

Not only do you want to get the full experience visually, but the same goes for audio, too. Especially when you're playing a video game. If you're just going the mediocre route, then your experience just won't be the best it can be. That's why when a gamer looks at headphones, they have to be sure they're getting the best of the best. Especially for the money they can potentially drop on the pieces of hardware. Asus has a new pair available, called the CineVibe, and just as you might imagine, that "vibe" part is more than just a cool name. Read The Full Story

Snowflake Speakers Shown Off, We Want Them

, Jul 30th 2010 Discuss [0]

In today's market, there are plenty of home audio solutions. There's even more that let you plug in your iPod Touch or iPhone. Basically, they're all over the place. And, while we can't say anything really bad about them, because they work just fine (for the most part), we can say that most of them look relatively similar to the other one. Here's the solution to that problem: snowflake speakers. Read The Full Story

Apple Magic Trackpad official: $69 multitouch peripheral

, Jul 27th 2010 Discuss [0]

Apple's new Magic Trackpad brings to desktop users something they've been enviously eyeing up from their mobile counterparts for some time now: multitouch gestures.  Basically a larger version of the multitouch trackpad from a MacBook Pro, the glass-topped slab hooks up to your Mac via Bluetooth and promises "months" of battery life and up to 33ft range. CTA Assault Rifle PS3 Controller Unveiled, Costs $65 [Video]

, Jul 23rd 2010 Discuss [4]

CTA and their video game accessories are no stranger to these parts. Truth be told, we generally show them off because of the over-the-top nature. There's not many times you can say you've seen an inflatable race car that works with your Nintendo Wii, now is there? With the company revealing the Assault Rifle PlayStation 3 controller, they're keeping up with their ridiculousness, but bringing it into the world of the hardcore gamer. Read The Full Story

Mad Catz Announces $500 Worth of Flight Simulator Goodness

, Jul 23rd 2010 Discuss [1]

We're not sure if there's still a huge market for flight simulators. It's been awhile since we've even seen anything come on the radar about them. Sure, there are plenty of aircraft-based games, where you've got that fighter jet and you're blowing things up, but that's not a simulator. And, for the most part, you might not need these many buttons to shoot down the enemy. (At least, not in the game.) And, while $500 worth of simulating peripherals may seem like the right thing to do, it's troubling when $500 doesn't get you everything you need. Read The Full Story

Pandigital may be better known on these fair pages for their Novel tablet-ereader, but they also make scanners.  Latest on the scene is the cumbersomely named Pandigital Personal Photo Scanner/Converter, capable of taking in shots up to 8.5 x 11 inches and storing them straight to a memory card. NZXT launches Sentry LXE, most badass fan controller ever

I have never really been one to use fan controllers on any of my computers. I have had cases with fan controllers built-in that I have played with over the last few months and I am rethinking my lack of support for the tech. It's very nice to be able to dial the fans way down when I want quiet and speed them up when things are running hot. Read The Full Story
