The last time I talked about the Olympus PEN E-PM1 digital camera was back in late June when photos of the camera leaked. At the time, we didn’t know when the camera would land or what it would sell for. The wondering is now over with the camera officially debuting this week. Olympus PEN E-P3, E-PL3 and E-PM1 micro four thirds official

Olympus has outed its trio of new PEN micro four thirds cameras, each using a new 12.3-megapixel Live MOS Image Sensor supporting up to ISO 12,800, and promising faster 35-point auto-focussing, shutter response and image processing than the company’s own E-5 DSLR. The Olympus PEN E-P3 is the flagship, with a 3-inch OLED 614k pixel touchscreen and a built-in flash, while the PEN E-PL3 and PEN E-PM1 have a 3-inch 460k LCD display, articulated on the PL3.

Full frontal Olympus E-PM1 spy photo turns up

Olympus is set to trot out some new digital cameras tomorrow in London. The presumption is that one of the cameras to be unveiled tomorrow will be the oft leaked E-PM1 that we are talking about here. I already talked a bit about this camera back when leaked photos of the camera top controls surfaced. We don’t have a huge amount of detail on the camera at this point. Olympus EP-3 caught in wild

Images of the fast-incoming Olympus EP-3 interchangeable lens camera have leaked, ahead of what's expected to be a June 30 launch of the new model. PhotoRumors snagged the shots and some apparent specifications, with the EP-3 supposedly having a new 12-megapixel sensor which Olympus has developed in-house, and which supports up to ISO 12800. Olympus E-PM1 PEN camera gets brief hands on treatment

Way back in late March of this year we talked a bit about some new incoming Olympus cameras that are the interchangeable lens type that are not DSLR cameras. Olympus single-shot HDR camera in development tips insider

Olympus is reportedly working on a new camera with single shot HDR capabilities, able to create a high dynamic range image from a single frame. Most conventional HDR systems - such as that on the iPhone 4 for example - combine at least three frames of varying exposures to form a single picture with extra detail in both brighter and darker areas. Olympus SZ-30MR shoots simultaneous 1080p HD video & 16MP stills

It's not the Micro Four Thirds camera we were hoping for, but Olympus has outed a pair of new Super Zooms which it claims are the first to shoot Full HD video and 16-megapixel stills simultaneously. The Olympus SZ-30MR and SZ-20 each have dual image stabilization and a backlit 16-megapixel sensor, which the SZ-30MR pairs with a 24x optical zoom and the SZ-20 with a 12.5x optical zoom.
