Nokia X9 with Symbian^4, 1GHz CPU & 12MP camera leaks? [Update: it’s a render]

After the apparent leak of Nokia's C6 QWERTY slider comes another new handset from the company under its refreshed range nomenclature.  The Nokia X9 is believed to be the successor to the Nokia X6, complete with a 1GHz Cortex A8 chipset, 12-megapixel camera with LED flash, HDMI and a 3.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen.

Elsewhere there's HSDPA, WiFi and aGPS, along with 32GB of onboard storage and a 3.5mm headphone socket.  The Symbian^4 device is expected to be capable of 720p HD video recording, and has some nifty social networking status updates too - along the bottom of that sizeable display run a series of icons for Twitter, Facebook, calls and messages, with a number indicating how many are unread or unanswered.

Nokia X6 arrives in UK this Friday

Nokia UK have finally announced launch and pricing details for the Nokia X6, the company's new Comes With Music flagship media phone.  Packing a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, 32GB of integrated storage and a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, the Nokia X6 will arrive at UK retailer Phones4U on Friday November 27th, free with a £35 ($58) per month agreement.

Nokia N97 Mini, plus X6 and X3 music phones announced

Nokia have announced several new devices at Nokia World, including making the Nokia N97 Mini official - complete with preloaded Lonely Planet information - as well as debuting the Nokia X6, a touchscreen device, and the Nokia X3, a Series 40 music phone.  The X6 has managed to fly beneath the radar in the run-up to Nokia World, offering a 3.2-inch touchscreen, 16:9 aspect display, direct access to Ovi Store and Facebook integration.
