It's time for the first big official list of Wii U games to be brought to light, and with the pricing for the USA, Europe, and Japan already set alongside a November store date, the fun can begin! Starting with such giant titles as The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, LEGO and Donky Kong, it's looking like Nintendo may still have some magic under their belt. Wii U pricing in Japan set at around $300

This week Nintendo’s Satoru Iwata spoke via live streaming video to the whole world straight from Japan on what the Wii U would be bringing the world – in pricing and release information form. There are two sets that have been revealed thus far, one of them being a basic set, the other bring a Premium Set, each hitting Japan on December 8. The Premium Set has been set for 31,500 yen while the Basic Set will cost you 26,250 – roughly converted, that’s right around $350 and $300, but the final prices for the USA will likely be closer to $300 and $250 when all is said and done – and what’s inside each package, you may ask?

Wii U reportedly launching on November 18

Even though the Wii U is supposed to launch in time for the holiday shopping season - which is quickly approaching, remember - we still don't have pricing or release date information on the console. It's widely assumed that Nintendo will spill these details during a press event in New York City on September 13, but we may have just found out the Wii U's release date a little ahead of time thanks to a slip up during a presentation from PDP at the GameStop managers' conference today. According to Kotaku, a representative from PDP, which makes gaming peripherals, said that the company's Wii U accessories will be available ahead of the console's November 18 launch. Next month Nintendo will be bringing on their newest vision for the Wii U, the next-generation console made by the company to compete against the Microsoft and Sony tide. Black Ops II reportedly in the works for Wii U

It would seem that Call of Duty: Black Ops II will be getting a release on Wii U, if the LinkedIn profile of one QA tester from Activision is to be believed. Uncovered by IGN, this profile belongs to someone named Randall (though details on the account have been changed since the discovery), and claims that he performed "QA testing on PS3 and Wii U" while working at Treyarch. If there's one thing the Chinese news service NMA is good at, it's presenting these ultra-strange 3D animation videos made to help people visualize the situations groups like Nintendo have gotten themselves into. Today's animation takes Nintendo's earnings presented last week and skewers them on several levels, showing Mario being smashed by an original GameBoy while a happy-go-lucky teen plays Angry Birds on his iPhone.
