Samsung Galaxy S 2 sighted & detailed; Galaxy Tab 2 to be 200g lighter than iPad

Details of Samsung's various MWC 2011 wares have leaked, ahead of the company's big reveal tomorrow evening in Barcelona. First spotted in a low-res press shot, the Samsung Galaxy S 2 (aka Samsung Galaxy S II) was caught at Paran along with some specs, before a higher-res version of the image was dug up. Meanwhile, partial specs for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 have emerged, and we've thrown in some info of our own on the slate after the cut.

ViewSonic dual-SIM V350 phone & dual-OS ViewPad 10Pro tablet outed

ViewSonic has outed at least part of its MWC 2011 line-up ahead of next week's show, with the new ViewSonic V350 Android smartphone and ViewPad 10Pro dual-booting tablet making their debut. The V350 runs Android 2.2 Froyo with a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen, but more interestingly has dual SIM slots and can maintain two active network connections simultaneously.

With Qualcomm's chipsets inside a huge number of the gadgets we take for granted, when the company starts talking about new wireless tech we generally tend to listen. Latest to compete for SoC space is FlashLinq, a peer-to-peer mesh networking technology that uses dedicated spectrum to create dynamic, broadband-speed links between devices up to a kilometer apart. Behold a brand new phone, one that appears to be codenamed HTC "Saga." These photos have been taken by a fellow (or a lady) in Taiwan who apparently has a "client" willing to give up a quick look. This phone runs Android 2.2.1, the photographer has compared the phone's thickness to the HTC Legend or 7 Mozart, and it's working with HTC Sense. This phone appears to be a flagship phone from HTC, and it's confirmed to have the ugliest back panel that's ever existed.
