So you say you're in the market for a new tablet, but you've found the customizations available with the Motorola Moto X smartphone to be the bees knees? Moto X launches for T-Mobile via Motorola’s website

Late last month, a screenshot surfaced indicating that the Moto X would only be available to T-Mobile customers from the Google Play Store, something that followed a tweet by the carrier's John Legere stating the Moto X would be available this month with a hint at JUMP, both of which followed a press release stating it would first be available via Motorola.com. Questions have been finally laid to rest, however, with today's availability announcement.

Moto X budget edition may include swappable casing colors

While the current first-wave Moto X devices from Motorola allow custom-order colors and etching, a tip today suggests that a low-cost version of the device might include the ability to swap out casings whenever the user chooses. What we're seeing today is a combination of a photo of some colored backsides of a next-generation Moto X (or whatever it'll be called in the future) alongside reminder that Motorola CEO Dennis Woodside spoke up recently on a low-cost device for developing countries.
