Robert Downey Jr. brings a bionic Iron Man arm to a 7-year-old fan

Robert Downey Jr. plays the super hero Iron Man on film, but to 7-year-old Alex he's a real hero. In this video, Robert Downey Jr. delivers a real, 3D-printed bionic arm to Alex, who was born with a deficient right arm. Alex's new bionic arm lets him be just like his hero, Iron Man. He can grip with new fingers and an opposable thumb. His new arm even has a light built into the palm so he can blast away bad guys just like in the movies.

Marvel’s Daredevil: early years teased in new trailer

Marvel’s Daredevil: early years teased in new trailer

The premiere of Marvel's Daredevil series is officially only a month away, and to mark the occasion Marvel has released another trailer. These trailer releases, for those who have been following them, have stuck more or less to a linear pattern, showing a bit more of the character's progression alongside the core of the story line each time, and this latest one doesn't break the pattern. In the last trailer we saw Daredevil bring his dark side to the forefront, and in this latest trailer that is expanded upon, alongside some glimpses of his younger years.

Guardians of the Galaxy’s Groot to get his own Marvel comic

He is Groot. That walking, talking tree from Guardians of the Galaxy that partners with a gun-totting raccoon and only says his own name. Well, now he's finally going to star in his own comic book, thanks to Marvel. It's not clear when the series will hit the shelves, but issue one appears to be in the can, and Marvel says the story will focus on some of Groot's backstory, as well as finally detail how he and Rocket Raccoon met and teamed up in the first place.

Avengers: Age of Ultron new trailer drops

Avengers: Age of Ultron new trailer drops

Marvel decided to give us a new treat today, dropping another Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer into the mix. With this trailer we see some things we've seen before, but it is mostly new footage, and there's a lot of talking -- and that may not be a good thing if you don't like too much of a movie ahead of time. We've watched the trailer a couple times and there's nothing particularly spoiler-warning worthy, though of course your eyes might happen to catch something notable, so proceed with caution.

Sony, Marvel agree to bring Spidey to Marvel film universe

Sony, Marvel agree to bring Spidey to Marvel film universe

Now, this sort of deal might sound strange at first. Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have inked a deal that will let the webslinger, well, sling between multiple films created by the two rival studios. This means that, aside from whatever Amazing Spider-Man film Sony Pictures has planned, your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man will soon be making an appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as well, first by himself and, perhaps, with others. There is even a possibility of MCU characters coming into Sony Picture's films.

Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ teased with new trailer

Marvel's Daredevil series, destined for Netflix, has been in the pipeline for a while now and is finally nearing launch. Ahead of that, however, we've seen the series teased on more than one occasion, including at New York Comic Con last October. The teases keep coming, this time in the form of a relatively long teaser trailer with all the traditional elements: dark scenes, angst, and a voice over betraying the narrator's dark secrets. We've the video after the jump!

Avengers: Age of Ultron: the second trailer arrives

There's 1:40 minutes of footage, and it seems more tailored toward tweaking the viewer's emotions rather than presenting any big new look at the movie and its story. As always, we have the trailer available after the jump!

Marvel’s Ant-Man: first full length trailer goes live

Marvel’s Ant-Man: first full length trailer goes live

Last week, Marvel teased eager fans with a pre-movie trailer video that offered clips from the actual first trailer -- only they were in tiny ant-sized windows too small for anyone to actually see. We blew up the clips and they gave a fuzzy, if somewhat frustrating glimpse at what was going on in the scenes, but ultimately it was a wait-and-see game until the actual trailer was released. Now it's here, and we get a full human-sized look at those clips, as well as nearly two minutes of other footage.

Marvel’s Ant-Man teased with teeny movie clips

Marvel’s Ant-Man teased with teeny movie clips

Marvel's Ant-Man, the movie that had a bit of a rough spell before ultimately casting Paul Rudd and recently entering production, has officially been teased -- and by teased, we mean a literal tease, in that viewers are shown several clips from the movie that are entirely too small to actually see. Clips for ants, more or less. If you have eagle eyes or happen to be excellent at discerning rapid minuscule movie segments, however, we've got the "trailer" for you after the jump.
