VIA unveils Android support for embedded x86 mainboard

VIA has announced today that it is integrating Android support into its x86 mainboards for embedded systems, the support for Android kicks off with a mainboard called the EITX-3002. MSI has announced a new mainboard that sounds really cool the board is called the Z68A-GD80 (G3) and I will just call it the G3 from here on out. The coolest feature of the G3 is that it is the first mainboard to get the PCI Express Gen 3 slots onboard. These new slots are blazing fast and are ready for the faster add-in cards that need more bandwidth for the best performance. The new slots are perfect for the PCIe SSDs on the market. Asus unveils new F1A75 series mainboards for AMD FM-1 CPUs

Asus has announced a new line of mainboards in the AMD F1A75 family that will support the new AMD processors. The boards use all sorts of AMD tech for performance with support for Dual Graphics Technology to boost 3D graphics performance with an additional HD 60000 video card and the integrated GPU. Gigabyte and SOYO AMD Zacate mainboards leak

Motherboards from two manufacturers using AMD's Zacate Fusion APU have leaked, headed to low-cost desktop PC systems in 2011. Gigabyte's GA-E350V-USB3 mainboard showed up at X-bit labs, while the SOYO brand has seemingly been revived for an unnamed Zacate 'board spotted at Expreview. A further five Gigabyte 6 Series motherboards intended for Intel's second-gen "Sandy Bridge" Core processors have emerged, after we showed you the first three models (the P67A-UD3R, P67A-UD3 and H67MA-UD2H) back in October. Asus unveils Dual Intelligent processor motherboard design

Asus has unveiled a new motherboard design that uses what the company calls Dual Intelligent Processors. The design of the board is to enable high performance and energy savings in one mainboard. The architecture of the board uses a TurboV processing unit known as the TPU and an Energy Processing Unit called the EPU.
