LG H160 sliding tablet and V325 all-in-one PC pack Windows 8

LG has outed a duo of new Windows 8 machines, the H160 sliding-convertible tablet and a 23-inch touchscreen all-in-one, the V325, with the promise of a standalone touchscreen version in the pipeline. The LG H160 has an 11.6-inch touchscreen and runs Windows 8 on a sliding/tilting form-factor, with a QWERTY keyboard revealed when the display is pushed up with LG’s new “Auto-Sliding” mechanism.

LG Nexus 4 name, specs outed in latest leak

By now, we're no stranger to Nexus 4 leaks, and Google seems primed to announce the new Nexus phone at an Android event its holding on October 29. Well, what do we have here? Google has started sending out invites to an Android event that will be taking place in New York on Monday, October 29 - less than two weeks from now. The colorful invite tells us that "The playground is open," and even though it doesn't get into specifics about what we'll see at the event (of course it doesn't), we think we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Today we found out that Apple's manufacturing partnership with Samsung may not last much longer, and that the Google Nexus 7 might just be the best-selling Android tablet ever (which, given its immense popularity, doesn't surprise us in the least). LG Nexus Prototype detailed in full

The next Nexus family device set to be released by Google and LG appears to have been revealed essentially top to bottom by a man with a prototype. This LG Nexus device being a prototype shown off by the Onliner lends quite a bit of detail as far as how this device will look and feel, but does not send out final details insomuch as it’s working with software that’s already out on the market and does not seem to be performing as it would have to in benchmark tests of several types. The new LG smartphone tipped to be Google’s next Nexus has shown up in the wild again, with a fresh prototype of the LG E960 “Mako” surfacing in Belarus. The shots, from Russian-language site Onliner, give us the clearest view of the new Nexus to-date, as well as some spec-chatter: a 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 display along with a quadcore 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
