LG Optimus G Pro tipped to partner with AT&T for Spring

Today the device known as the LG Optimus G Pro has appeared in a leaked image which suggests that the company will be working with AT&T for its first release. This device has been released internationally to more than one market this year, and will be appearing in-person at a concert event in May. LG has been tipped to be working with Qualcomm once again to deliver the same processor embedded in the international version of the device, that being the Snapdragon 600.

This week the LG Optimus G Pro appears to have popped its head up with AT&T 4G LTE in mind as the FCC approves with a resounding thumbs up. What we're seeing here is an FCC approval process posting with what's said to be the code-name for the LG Optimus G Pro, just a few characters away from the original Optimus G. LG announces Smart Video eye-recognition tech for Optimus G Pro

Looks like LG is going to be debuting its own eye-recognition technology, possibly to compete with the Samsung Galaxy S IV's rumored eye-scrolling tech. LG's new tech will be available for the LG Optimus G Pro next month in Korea. It will be part of an entire value pack of updates, which includes a new camera feature, a "Magic Remote Pad and Text Keypad", customizable LED lighting, and the first Android emoticons to come in different colors.
