Google LG Nexus 4 official: $299 unlocked from November 13

Google and LG have officially announced the Nexus 4, the latest Android smartphone, running 4.2 Jelly Bean on a quadcore processor. The LG-made smartphone has a 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 True HD IPS+ display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset running at 1.5GHGz paired with 2GB of RAM; Google plans to sell it unlocked for use on GSM/HSPA+ networks worldwide, as well as via T-Mobile USA with a contract. However, there's no LTE support, which will disappoint many.

Jamin “Sudsy” Barton is a bartender at the San Francisco Mission District 500 Club. On a Tuesday night, while closing, he discovered a lost cell phone, one of many that are discovered throughout the week. After the phone went unclaimed, he gave it a bit more attention, and realized that it differed from other smartphones, bearing a “not for sale” sticker and Google logo on the back. He showed the smartphone to a bar regular named Dave, who identified it as the soon-to-be-announced Nexus 4. Dave agreed to contact Google, and that’s when their problems started.

It's time to get ultra-powerful with the Google Nexus 10, a tablet made by Samsung whose details have been spilled essentially in full in both a couple of photos and details galore today. This device has been manufactured by Samsung and does not appear to be all that far away from the Galaxy Note 10 or the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 in its form, but its innards are all new and fabulous. LG Nexus 4 confirmed early: Ships October 30th

LG's Nexus 4, expected to be officially unveiled by Google at its event next week, has been prematurely confirmed by a UK retailer. The 4.7-inch Android handset has cropped up in a listing at Carphone Warehouse, running 4.2 Jelly Bean and packing an 8-megapixel camera and a quadcore 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, as expected. According to the page, shoppers can preorder now for delivery on October 30, with the Nexus 4 priced from free on a £31 ($50) per month, two-year agreement.
