Lenovo Ideatab S2110, A2109, and A2107 get IFA unveiling with Android ICS

The folks at Lenovo have re-revealed the Ideatab S2110 at IFA 2012 this week, making another tablet hook up with the keyboard crew to make a convertible tablet/notebook for the Android universe along with a couple of lovely smaller tablets by the name of A2109 and A2107. The S2110 tablet has a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and 420nit brightness attached to a keyboard dock that'll have to flipping back and forth between tablet and notebook at will. You'll have 10-finger touchscreen abilities here as well as a powerful Qualcomm 8060A/8260A 1.5GHz dual-core processor (aka a dual-core Snapdragon S4) under the hood. Read The Full Story

At IFA 2012 Lenovo has revealed their next generation of affordable, thin, and light computers with the IdeaPad S Series Laptop lineup. This set of devices brings a balance between performance and portability with Lenovo providing more power than a netbook and longer battery life than your traditional notebook. Lenovo IdeaPad A2109 Tegra 3 tablet hits Best Buy starting at $299

Lenovo's newest Android tablet, the IdeaPad A2109, didn't make much noise when being announced but the tablet is already readily available. They've released a few budget tablets in the recent past but this is actually one worth checking out. The IdeaPad A2109 apparently is already reaching stores with Best Buy offering it for just $299. Friday has come and gone, which means that the weekend is here once again. The latest iPhone 5 rumors have propelled Apple's stock to its highest point ever, and it turns out the company's funds will go toward helping tap a recently-discovered underground river in Crook County, Oregon. Earlier today we saw a picture of what was reported to be the Samsung Galaxy Note II, but later on in the day Daniel YU informed everyone that it was just his mock-up used without his permission. Lenovo tips Windows RT tablets to be up to $300 less than Windows 8 tablets

Microsoft really upset some of its partners when it announced that it would be getting into the tablet market making its own hardware. Microsoft and its Surface tablets are due to come to market at roughly the same time Windows 8 launches. Lenovo plans to beat Surface with superior hardware

Acer hasn’t exactly been coy when it comes its opinion on Microsoft’s Surface tablet, but Lenovo believes that it can beat the tablet with some good old fashioned competition. CEO of Lenovo, Yang Yuanqing, voiced his opinions on the company’s latest earnings calls, saying, “Although we don't like Microsoft providing hardware, for us, it just adds one more competitor,” when asked about Surface. Lenovo hits Windows 8 with IdeaPad Yoga

Lenovo has been showing a lot of support for Windows 8 lately, and today it showed even more. ABC News reports that the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga will be running the Windows RT version of Windows 8 when it arrives later this year, but that isn't all, as Lenovo is apparently preparing multiple versions of the Yoga for release. Lenovo’s Windows RT tablet will be ARM-based IdeaPad Yoga

Last week it was reported that Lenovo was working on a convertible tablet that would run Windows RT, Microsoft’s ARM-based version of Windows 8. The concept was the same as the IdeaPad Yoga first shown off at CES 2012, but instead of running full-blown Windows 8 and using Intel’s Core i5 chip, the tablet would be utilizing one of NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processors and running Windows RT.
