Untethered redsn0w jailbreak released (& partially pulled) for iOS 4.3.2
A new untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.2 has been released, but there have been a few hiccups along the way for the iPhone 4. The iPhone Dev Team updated their redsn0w tool to handle 4.3.2 on the iPhone 4 (GSM), 3GS, iPod touch 3G/4G and iPad 1, but issues with the iPhone 4 functionality has forced them to pull that specific version.

iPad 2: The Skeptic’s Review

iOS 4.3.1 imminent with iPad 2 Jailbreak block?
Apple is reportedly preparing iOS 4.3.1 for release within the next one to two weeks, less than a month since the company pushed out iOS 4.3. According to BGR's sources, the update will include various bug fixes but also address an iPad 2 jailbreak vulnerability and introduce new baseband for the iPhone 3GS and original iPad.

Sirius XM Radio today released an updated version of their Apple iOS app. Designed for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, the Sirius XM Internet Radio app, delivers over 120 Sirius XM channels of commercial-free music, sports, news, talk, and more. This new version is now optimized for the iPad and supports AirPlay streaming to iOS 4.3 devices.

Android browsing 52% faster than iPhone? Maybe, maybe not…
The mobile browser speed wars continue, and the latest fray comes courtesy of website optimization firm Blaze with claims that Android is 52-percent faster than iPhone, and quicker – in real-world testing – on 84-percent of sites. That’s despite Apple’s much-vaunted Nitro JavaScript engine, new to iOS 4.3 on the iPhone and iPad 2. We spoke to Blaze to find out more about the testing process, and in what ways the company was interpreting the results.
Qik Video Connect PLUS [Mini Review]
We’re taking a peek at the brand new [released today!] app from Qik called Qik Video Connect Plus. This app is made for iPhone, iPod Touch (4th Generation,) and iPad 2, and allows you to stay connected to your pals and family and whoever else you’d like to connect with via video. This is what they’re saying is the first and only video chat service that incorporates its own video mail, and the first video chat app to include real time effects. Weird! Super neat!
Apple undermining Web Apps in App Store push claim developers
Apple has been accused of undermining web app performance in an attempt to pressure developers into coding for its App Store, selectively enabling JavaScript engines in and out of the mobile Safari browser so that web apps launched from the homescreen are penalized. Web apps run in Safari, The Register discovered, are 2-2.5x faster than those run from the homescreen, as they get to use the new Nitro JavaScript engine included in iOS 4.3.

iPad 2 Hands-On and Unboxing [World Record Entry]
Welcome to the world record video of yours truly opening up the iPad 2. This is the world record for amount of time between the purchase of an iPad and the opening of the box, or it was supposed to be, but I couldn’t last past 23 hours (24 hours is the world record as held by Don Johnson of Miami.) iPad 2 jailbreak discovered
Apple's iPad 2 only went on sale this past Friday, but already the second-generation iOS tablet has been jailbroken. The handiwork of notorious Apple hacker comex, the jailbreak - which will allow third-party apps to be installed on the iPad 2, along with other modifications - has not yet been released publicly.
