In an effort to bring the people in photos out to the forefront, Instagram has added a new feature called "Photos of You," which adds image tagging so that you can tag your friends in photos that you take through the service. It's a lot Facebook's own tagging system, which isn't too surprising, since Facebook own the photo-sharing service.

Android smartphone users with a Google+ account know the convenience of having the full size of their photographs uploaded to the account, providing a no-hassle backup of the content that is easy to access and share later on. Now that same full-size photo upload feature has been rolled out for desktop users, who can upload and store full-size images from their computer starting today.

Google is now offering the Nik Collection for the super-discounted price of $149, a big drop from the previous $499 price tag. The Collection by Google bundle includes all of the Nik desktop plugins. Google adding animated GIF filter to Image Search
Finding just the right animated GIF will now become a whole lot easier, thanks to a new filter that Google is adding to its Image Search. When searching for an animated GIF, all you have to do is click on "Search Tools," and then click on "Any Type" which will bring up a drop down menu, from where you'll then select "Animated" to only show animated GIFs in the results.

Samsung Galaxy IV sample images reportedly leaked
Yesterday we reported that the Samsung Galaxy IV, successor to the wildly popular Galaxy S III, is rumored for a March 15 unveiling, a few days earlier than the previously rumored March 22 date. Now it looks like some images taken with the Galaxy S IV's camera have found their way online, and while they're not the most exciting or sharp images we've ever seen, they're certainly worth noting, especially in light of the rumored unveiling next month.

Alleged Half-Life 2: Episode 4 screenshots surface years later
The Internet loves a good Half-Life rumor, and this next one seems about as good as any.
