Lenovo Flex 14 and 15 notebooks make multi-mode budget-friendly

While the team at Lenovo have made clear that they have no intention of ending their run of high-powered, best-in-class multi-mode touchscreen computers with their Yoga lineup, they've shown that they can keep it simple as well with the budget-friendly Flex 14 and Flex 15 as well. These devices work with a hinge that allows 300-degrees of rotation and two modes of use - laptop and "stand". This lineup has models measuring in at less than 0.87-inches thick and "no more than" 5.07 pounds.

Lenovo Flex 20 All-in-one aims to replicate Table PC greatness

Lenovo Flex 20 All-in-one aims to replicate Table PC greatness

When we reviewed the larger relative to this Lenovo Flex 20 earlier this year in the company's infamous Horizon Table PC, we found that it was only the basics that were holding us back: it was just too big. Here with the Lenovo Flex 20, it would appear that the team behind that larger beast have created another monster - one that's much more well prepared and reasonable for the real world, with a 19.5-inch HD+ 1600 x 900 pixel resolution display on a multi-mode adjustable built-in back base.

While the two devices may look rather similar, that's where the differences begin between the Lenovo S5000 and its already-on-the-market rival Nexus 7 (made by ASUS). You'll want to have a peek at SlashGear's Nexus 7 (2013) review to see the full run-down on what it means to work with this Google-sold tablet, but for now you'll have to have a peek at what Lenovo is bringing to the table later this year in the S5000. However, there's a hitch: right now, Sony isn't producing it, and it isn't quite sure whether it could.
