Verizon is expecting to complete its roll out of 4G LTE by mid-2013, while we learned that Grand Theft Auto V will feature Rockstar's biggest in-game world yet.

Sandvine report shows Netflix dominating during North American peak hours
We obviously do a lot of different things on the Internet each and every, but when the peak hours between 9PM and 12AM arrive, it's all about Netflix baby. A new report from Sandvine shows that in North America, Netflix is responsible for 33% of the downstream traffic on fixed networks between those hours. That's good enough, but Sandvine's report also says that 65% of all downstream traffic during those hours is coming from video and audio streaming sites, meaning Netflix is responsible for half of that.

Hulu welcomes aboard CBS shows starting in January
As it stands, Hulu already has a huge selection of TV shows to choose from and watch, but it certainly doesn't have every single TV show under the sun. That's to blame on the fact that CBS didn't have a license agreement with Hulu, meaning that no CBS shows were available on online streaming service. However, that's about to change thanks to a new agreement between the two companies.

Hulu Plus app coming to Windows 8
Hulu announced today that they're bringing Hulu Plus to Windows 8 on October 26th -- the day when Windows 8 will release to the public, which means you'll be able to enjoy the service seamlessly on your new Windows 8 machine right from day one. Hulu Plus offers a better selection of shows compared to its free service, and most shows also play in high definition as well.

Hulu investor Providence sells its stake for $200 million
The private equity firm Providence, one of Hulu's early investors, has sold its stake for $200 million. The company invested $100 million in Hulu in 2007 with a 10% stake, gaining an independent position in the company board. Providence acted on its option to exercise its shares at double the investment amount.

Hulu adds Nickelodeon shows, renews Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert
Hulu lovers, rejoice: the online video service has widened its current standing with Viacom, and as a result, will now offer a range of Nickelodeon TV shows. If that's not good enough for you, the new expansion will also include another two years of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, both of whom are responsible for a large percentage of Hulu's visitors. Viacom and Hulu reached their first deal back in 2011.

Users watching more online videos on TVs than computers
With the rapid growth in media-streaming set-top boxes for televisions, it's said that more people are using their TVs to watch online videos instead of their computers. Market research firm NPD Group reported that televisions are now the “primary screen for viewing paid and free video streamed from the Web.”

A new week has begun, and as such we have a new round of news to recap in the Evening Wrap-up. Today it was revealed that Apple has become the most valuable public company in history which, while pretty monumental, wasn't entirely unexpected. The jury for the Apple vs. Samsung patent suit is set to begin deliberation tomorrow, but before they do, Apple and Samsung's CEOs will be conversing over the phone, despite the fact that settlement talks between the two companies apparently didn't go anywhere.

Hulu CEO reportedly on the way out
Hulu might be going through some big changes within the next month, Variety reports. According to an uncovered internal memo, Hulu may find itself without a CEO at some point September, and the company may end up with less content to offer its viewers. If all of this is true, it could potentially change the streaming service as we know it.
