Official HTC One M9 images & specs leaked on German retail site

Official HTC One M9 images & specs leaked on German retail site

HTC has already confirmed that it will officially reveal its next generation One smartphone at Mobile World Conference in a little over a week, but it seems like one German retailer jumped the gun and accidentally posted the specs and official images on their website early. While the product pages on Cyberport's site for the HTC One M9 have now been taken down, it just wasn't quick enough. The fact that it's this close to HTC's March 1st unveiling, and that retailers often some info early enough to have product listings ready, seems to improve the chances that this is the real deal.

HTC out in the open with Esports

HTC out in the open with Esports

Back a few weeks ago, HTC launched (publicly) their HTC Esports initiative. They're sponsoring Esports teams now, and they're being fairly open about it. Not that it was a secret, but given their relative lack of hard-and-fast connections (hardware) to the gaming universe, it's not immediately apparent why HTC would be doing such a thing. Today, HTC released a video by the by the name of "Rebirth: What Is Esports." Sounds like a bit of a play on the name of the camera HTC Re, doesn't it?

HTC teases something HUGE, math geniuses can try

HTC teases something HUGE, math geniuses can try

As we count down the days to MWC 2015, it's natural to see companies kick their marketing campaigns into high gear, sometimes with absurd results. Take for example HTC's latest "teaser", basically a fill in the blanks game with nothing much in terms of clues. Of course, that's not going to stop anyone from speculating, or wishing, what it's all about. Given how things are going, it could very well be the rumored HTC One M9 Plus. Or an HTC Tablet. Or anything for that matter.

We may have already seen HTC’s rumored new wearable

We may have already seen HTC’s rumored new wearable

A while back, we got a solid look at HTC’s proposed wearable via a video. Sadly, HTC said it was just a concept device some in-house designer was working on, and we should all just forget about it and move on. We didn’t really buy it at the time, and now we’ve got even better reason not to believe HTC (aside form late software updates). A new round of leaked info gives more details on just what HTC might bring to the wearable table, and it smacks of that watch ‘concept’ we saw last Summer.
