T-Mobile Sensation 4G Review
The approach of the T-Mobile Sensation 4G may have been keeping Android fans awake at night, but I wasn’t one of them. I have to admit, I haven’t been feeling HTC’s recent handsets. Sure, they’re well made and reliable, but it also felt like the company had taken a cookie-cutter approach, churning out little-changed me-too phones across the carriers. HTC’s – since moderated – attitude towards bootloader locking didn’t help. More importantly, I’ve been using an imported Samsung Galaxy S II and fell in love with the smoking fast dual-core, slim and light build, brilliant Super AMOLED Plus display and excellent camera. For me, the GSII was the phone to have right now; could the Sensation 4G convince me otherwise?
T-Mobile Sensation 4G priced on and off-contract
T-Mobile USA has confirmed on- and off-contract pricing for the HTC Sensation 4G, after announcing that the smartphone would be hitting stores by June 15. On-contract, the T-Mobile Sensation 4G will be $199.99 with a new, two-year agreement - including both voice and data plans - after a $50 mail-in rebate.

T-Mobile Sensation 4G Officially Announced
The fine folks at T-Mobile have sent out a press release regarding the new king of HTC devices, the HTC Sensation 4G. This device has been released in the UK for some weeks now, flying over the pond to hit the USA directly in the T-Mobile. The HTC Sensation on T-Mobile will of course be rolling out on T-Mobile’s 4G network and will be out, as they’re saying, “by June 15th,” which means very possibly a bit sooner. This date is a bit further down the line than the original June 8th suggestion we last laid eyes on.
T-Mobile HTC Sensation Pricing And Date To Be Revealed Tonight?
The new flagship smartphone for HTC is their Sensation 4G, which is set to launch on T-Mobile very soon. When exactly, is still uncertain, but that uncertainty could soon be put to an end with an announcement this evening. T-Mobile has just posted a suggestive message on Twitter saying they have some "sensational" news coming later tonight.

HTC Unlocking Bootloaders Across the Board [OFFICIAL]
In a giant announcement for those who love to get to the insides of their phones almost before they even feel the outside, HTC has announced that they have heard the call of the people and will no longer be locking bootloaders on their devices. This point has received quite a bit of flack recently, and HTC is certain to receive a ton of props for this move. The next question we’ve got is the following: will the HTC Sensation be included in this move?
Sensation vs. Galaxy S II: Does qHD make a difference?
One of the lingering questions after our HTC Sensation review earlier this week was just how much of a difference the smartphone’s qHD 960 x 540 resolution display makes over the regular crop of WVGA 800x 480 phones. More pressingly, does Samsung’s Super AMOLED Plus panel on the Galaxy S II, with its surfeit of sub-pixels, hold a candle to the Sensation. There’s only one way to find out: some uber-high-resolution photos in a GSII/Sensation shoot out!

HTC Sensation arrives in UK today
As expected, the HTC Sensation has made its official debut today on carrier Vodafone UK. The dual-core 4.3-inch Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone will ship out today to pre-order customers, as well as going on sale in stores priced from free with a new, two-year agreement on £35 or above monthly plans.
