The folks at HTC have brought on a beast of a device this week in the DROID DNA, a smartphone with a 5-inch full HD 1080p super LCD 3 display and the highest resolution and pixel density available in the whole entire world. This device is literally the most high-definition smartphone on the market and works with Verizon’s 4G LTE network for data speed, also coming packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core 1.5GHz processor under the hood for beastly power.

Verizon DROID DNA prematurely confirmed and pictured

Verizon has prematurely confirmed the DROID DNA, revealing that it will indeed be the star of its November 13 launch event, while images apparently showing the handset’s final design have snuck out ahead of time. The HTC-made flagship was referred to by name on Verizon’s own DROID DOES site, with the promise of a pre-launch unboxing exclusively through the carrier’s Google+ page.

We learned today that HTC and Verizon will be holding a press event on November 13, and it's there that we're expecting to get our first official introduction to the HTC DROID DNA. Earlier today, we reported that HTC's DROID DNA phablet, which features a 5-inch 1080p display, was rumored to be released on December 6 at Verizon. Lending those rumors more credence, the DROID DNA has cleared the FCC, which dubbed it the HTC6435LVW. This comes after last week's image leak showing off the phone from Twitter user @evleaks. Welcome to Friday evening everyone - the weekend is here at last, but before we dive in, it's time to recap the news. Today we heard that Microsoft might be testing out a smartphone of its own, which doesn't really surprise us considering that it just recently entered the tablet market. Apple's freshly rephrased "apology" to Samsung went live in UK newspapers today, and one analyst is expecting the iPad mini to top 1.5 million sales this weekend. HTC DROID DNA leaks as massive phablet for December

It’s time for the ADR6435 Deluxe to pop up from HTC, a DROID device bringing on the greatness of the HTC J Butterfly here to the USA on Verizon’s 4G LTE network. This device has the highest definition display on the planet at over 400 PPI and will be appearing in early December according to @evleaks, a notoriously accurate leaker of mobile device images and details. This device is HTC’s answer to the phablet craze, that being the Samsung Galaxy Note and LG Intuition beasts that’ve been released over the past few months.
