, Apr 25th 2011 Discuss [3]

HTC's 7 Pro might be Verizon's first Windows Phone 7 device. The HTC 7 Pro is also known on Sprint's networks as the HTC Arrive. We reviewed the Arrive here recently. First off, hats off to the crew over at pocketnow for putting the pieces to this puzzle together. Read The Full Story

Sprint HTC Arrive is rebranded HTC 7 Pro due tomorrow?

, Feb 23rd 2011 Discuss [1]

The HTC 7 Pro may well be headed to Sprint tomorrow - based on the carrier's broad teases earlier this week - but it seems it won't be keeping the same name. Sprint has apparently proved unable to resist a rebranding opportunity, and going by the new placeholder at sprint.com/arrive, it looks like the Windows Phone 7 smartphone will launch as the Sprint HTC Arrive. Sprint teases new phone on Feb 24: CDMA HTC 7 Pro finally arriving?

, Feb 21st 2011 Discuss [4]

Looks like Sprint hasn't learnt its lesson. The carrier blew expectations out of proportion for the Kyocera Echo, delivering an awkward dual-display Android handset with seriously niche appeal, and it's headed in the same way with a new teaser campaign building up to Thursday, February 24. "What do you think the next new Sprint phone will be?" the carrier asked via its official Twitter account; our money is on the HTC 7 Pro. Read The Full Story

HTC 7 Pro Review

Worth the wait? Check out the full SlashGear review after the cut.

HTC 7 Pro Heading to Europe in Early 2011

, Oct 12th 2010 Discuss [0]

The announcement that Windows Phone 7, the new mobile Operating System from Microsoft, wouldn't be landing on any CDMA-based carriers until 2011 was a big blow for some, but there was a glimmer of hope at yesterday's Microsoft event, when HTC's 7 Pro made a quick, non-working appearance. It's been confirmed that the device will be landing in the UK and the rest of Europe in the first half of 2011, too. Read The Full Story
