Google Music integrates with Android Market for digital MP3 sales

This week at the "These Go To Eleven" event in Los Angeles, California, Google has revealed that they will begin digital sales of music through the Android Market with Google Music. This announcement puts Google in what they hope will be direct competition with the giants of online music sales such as iTunes, but places the ability to purchase music right alongside their apps, books, and video sales.
