We are slowly getting to the point in America where we can be connected to the Internet and reams of data everywhere we go. We can stay connected on commercial air flights commonly now and internet access is coming to our cars. GM has announced that it will be offering in-vehicle WiFi on select models very soon as a dealer installed option.

Segway P.U.M.A. Project

Segway and GM have partnered to develop the P.U.M.A., a self-balancing individual vehicle in which the two riders have some degree of weather protection.  The Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility (P.U.M.A.) Project can travel up to 35mph, run 35 miles from one charge, and uses vehicle-to-vehicle communications to avoid collisions.

Here’s a quick and dirty write up of the Hummer HX Concept.  It’s got a 3.6-liter FlexFuel V6.  It’s Hummer’s very first V6 engine.  There are removable fenders, doors and panels.  I’ll swing back around later to add more meat but for now, enjoy the unveiling video of the Hummer HX Concept.
