Mophie Watch Dock for Apple Watch Review

Mophie Watch Dock for Apple Watch Review

Splash out $10k+ on an Apple Watch Edition and the gold-plated wearable's box doubles as a charging dock; the rest of us have to look elsewhere. Mophie waded in with its Watch Dock back in April, a $60 stand promising to elevate your wrist jewelry with the same sort of style that Apple might reserve for its own hardware. Apple finally offers an iPhone Lightning Dock

Apple finally offers an iPhone Lightning Dock

Apple's big hardware news may be the updated iMac Retina 5K and MacBook Pro 15 today, but there's also a new Lightning Dock for iPhone owners. Quietly added to the Apple Store this morning, the $39 desktop cradle for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus is pretty much as simple as you'd expect: somewhere to slot the phone on top, and somewhere to plug it in on the back. However, you do get an extra socket.

Dell outs a beefier WiGig wireless dock for Broadwell PCs

Although WiGig wireless technology is still not as ubiquitous as Intel would hope it to be, Dell is already outing its second wireless dock utilizing WiGig's promise of high speed data transfer without the tangle of cords. With up to 4TB of storage under it’s wedge frame (optional), Basepro is both local storage and a stand for your computer. To find out if it holds up while holding your computer up, we took it for a spin.

Belkin’s dual-video docking stations turn ultrabooks and tablets into workstations

Tablets and ultrabooks are nice because, if for no other reason, of their sheer portability. With that portability comes some trade-offs, however, primarily in how effective they are as a day-in, day-out workstation device for the home or office. That is where docking stations come in, of which Belkin has just announced two - one for tablets, the other for ultrabooks. Both offer dual-video for multiple monitors, as well as a host of ports.
