Battlefield 4 Naval Strike expands largely on Paracel Storm

Players of the war game Battlefield 4 on any of its various platforms will know of the map called Paracel Storm. For those lovers of said map, good news is afoot - lead gameplay designer Gustav Halling has suggested through the BF4 blog that "with this expansion we wanted to give players who love [Paracel Storm] more variations in the naval gameplay." Today the first teaser trailer for Naval Strike has been revealed.

Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC 2 “Devastation” detailed (gun release today)

It’s not a few weeks now since the first DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts was released with Michael Myers in full effect, and Infinity Ward is ready with the second. Here we’re seeing - first of all - the inclusion of a machine gun called the "Ripper." This beast of an SMG can convert to an AR and back again as many smites as you like and is available before the DLC is released - for Xbox 360 and Xbox One Season Pass holders only. Other platforms will get the gun early as well, but not quite as early as this.

Call of Duty: Ghosts Onslaught release for PC and PS4 hits February 27

The first downloadable content pack (DLC) for the game Call of Duty: Ghosts called "Onslaught" has officially been scheduled to arrive on the 27th of February. This puts the release at just around a month after the release of the Xbox One version of the DLC, creating a bit of an early, limited exclusive for the Microsoft-made machine. Michael Myers hits COD: Ghosts Onslaught with a sign from the future

If the devil is in the details, then Infinity Ward has summoned more than their fair share of demons in the creation of the Fog map for the first DLC for the game Call of Duty: Ghosts. This expansion goes by the name Onslaught, and in the gameplay map called "Fog", players are invited to dip into an environment that's the video game embodiment the 2012 film The Cabin in the Woods. Not that it looks the same - it quite different visually - but the same idea is there: here we've got every woods-based horror movie all bound into one.
