Zack Snyder confirmed to direct ‘Justice League’ movie

A Justice League film was expected at some point, though the mindshare surrounding it was that it may be a feel-good, happy movie lacking the dark tone we’ve come to love in recent comic book hero movies. That’s likely going to change, as Warner Brothers is confirming that Zack Snyder, director of ‘300’ and ‘Man Of Steel’, will direct the upcoming Justice League movie.

EA Games Star Wars titles to follow Batman “Arkham” model

We may be living in an age when LucasArts is dead, but EA Games are not about to let the Star Wars gaming universe fall to the wayside. This week it’s been stated by Andrew Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Arts (EA), that they’d be pushing forth with a new model for the Star Wars gaming universe. Arkham Knight trailer unveiled for PS4, Xbox One, PC

The final chapter in the Arkham series of Batman games is upon us, and it would appear that it’s going to be the most classic of the bunch. In that we’re not relegated to Arkham Asylum, or to a tinier city of Arkham inmates, or thrown back in time to Batman Year Two, here in Arkham Knight we’re playing as Batman in his prime. WB Games will be distributing this title while Rocksteady is behind the wheel with development.

Batman vs Superman cast: Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred

It would appear that the cast of Batman vs Superman is about to get a whole lot younger. In an announcement that suggests this push for the DC Comics-led universe of superheroes will be changing feet on a whole new level, the actor best known for his role as Mark Zuckerberg in the 2010 movie The Social Network will be inserted into the role of Lex Luthor. Better known as a bald man (though not always bald in the comic books, mind you), Luthor's name has already appeared in the first Superman movie in this universe.

Batman Arkham Origins NVIDIA graphics optimizations and gameplay eyes-on

Ben Mattes Senior Producer from WB Games spoke up on the inner bits of Batman: Arkham Origins this week at NVIDIA's Montreal gaming event. Running down the details of the plotline first, Batman Arkham Origins was described as an exercise in Batman history, taking place in the second year of Batman's career - decidedly NOT the first year, as these events are covered in the comic book series "Year One." Here Batman does not know Commissioner Gordon or any other cops or investigators, he's still relatively new to the game, and throughout the span of the game he'll change from a basic masked vigilante to the real Dark Knight.

Here with Batman: Arkham Origins, codes will be packaged with a series of NVIDIA graphics cards for instant download of the game.
