The device is now available for purchase and has its own speedy CPU inside supporting multiple users at the same time. The device also promises increased memory to boost performance and supports four drives for up to 16 TB of total storage capacity.

D-Link launches the Cloud Camera 5000

D-Link has launched the Cloud Camera 5000, which is a new camera aimed squarely at making home surveillance systems easier to set up and monitor. D-Link is attempting to turn mydlink's cloud services into the star feature of this camera, saying that by setting up an account at mydlink, you can view the video your camera is capturing from any internet-connected computer. There are also free Android, iPhone, and iPad apps available for mydlink and the Cloud Camera 5000, with the idea being that you're only ever one log in away from viewing what's going on in your home.

D-Link adds NAS and routers to mydlink Cloud lineup

D-Link has today announced that it will be extended its mydlink Cloud Services to a wider range of devices, including two new routers and a 2-bay NAS product. All of the new products will be able to be managed via iOS and Android apps as long as the user has an active internet connection. The new routers include the Cloud Gigabit Router N300 and Cloud Gigabit Router N600, with the routers supporting wireless speeds of 300Mbit/s and 600Mbit/s respectively.

D-Link Cloud Router 1200 and 2000 revealed

This week the folks at D-Link have ushered in a new age of cloud router goodness for themselves with both the Cloud Router 1200 (DIR-636L) and the Cloud Router 2000 (DIR-826L). Both of these routers come with mydlink Cloud Services and operate on speeds of up to 300 Mbps and 600 Mbps, with the 2000 being the faster of the two. Both of these routers also work in a manner quite similar to the D-Link router we saw earlier this week with a full-sized USB port which can hook into a variety of devices and bring all of that devices contents to the cloud.

You'll be recording all of your best friends with the loving friendliness of a full moving camera which allows you "peace of mind" as they say all night and day. You can record 340 degrees and 170 degrees and will be able to control the camera from mydlink.com as well as iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
