Today at Christie's auction house in the center of London, that Original Apple-1 (or Apple I) we mentioned 10 days ago sold for just a little under what it was expected to bring in, selling for a total of 133,250 pounds (about $210,000.) It came with a signed sales letter from Steve Jobs (you know who he is) and the original packaging. Christies mentioned in the sale that this computer, when introduced in 1976, was the only "personal computer" sold with a fully assembled motherboard, meaning the user would only have to purchase a keyboard, power supply, and display separately. Kinda like the beginning, ya know? The Apple I originally sold for $666.66 and was sold for about one year.

Revo-Round is a start-up company that has a great idea. They want to create a round computer, featuring a round display, and a round body. The keyboard, and every other button you'd need, would be put onto the body of the computer, just as you'd expect to see on any other laptop available in the market now. The company, headed by Professor Zhou Hongan, just received $69 million in funds from a Silicon Valley investor to make the round computer a real thing. But, interestingly enough, this new style of computer actually serves a purpose: reverse evolution.

Remember how NZXT said they weren't going out of business? Looks like they were telling the truth, because the company has just announced a brand new full tower chassis for all you power PC gamers out there. It's definitely one of the more interesting looking chassis we've seen in awhile, and it comes in a few color choices, too. NZXT's saying that this is their most elegant and intelligent chassis designed ever constructed, and considering their plethora of previous models released over the years, that's a pretty bold statement.

It’s not just new iMacs that Apple have outed this morning; the company has also announced updates to its Mac Pro range with the much-anticipated quad- and hexacore Intel Xeon processors. While the basic configurations include quad-core CPUs as standard, up to two 2.93GHz 6-core Intel Xeon X5670 processors can be specified, along with up to four 512GB SSDs, an ATI Radeon HD 5870 with 1GB of memory, and up to 32GB of DDR3 memory. Meanwhile there are now two Mini DisplayPort ports as standard.
