Microsoft 234-inch touchscreen not really suitable for Windows Phone [Video]

Ah, Minority Report; whether or not you love the film itself, it's been incredibly useful as shorthand to instantly encapsulate an eye-catching multitouch environment. Microsoft's display at CeBIT 2011 earlier this month certainly delivered on that: interactive presentation specialist Stereolize put together a whopping 234-inch touch-sensitive display for the company to use.

ASUS has quietly confirmed that the Eee Pad MeMO launched at CES 2011 back in January will indeed debut running Android 3.0 Honeycomb; jkkmobile spotted the news on the MeMO's full spec list, confirming a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8260 processor, microHDMI port and quadband HSPA+ connectivity.

Fujitsu 22-inch Wireless Displays cut all the cords

Fujitsu has unveiled what the company is calling the "world's first truly wireless display," using a combination of cable-cutting wireless data and an inductive power system. Set to go on show at CeBIT 2011 this week, and expected to spawn commercial displays "within the next year," the Wireless 22-inch Fujitsu screens use SUPA (Smart Universal Power Access) hotspots built into desks, countertops and office panels.

MSI WindPad 110W with AMD C-50 APU and WindPad 100A Honeycomb tablets imminent

MSI is readying a tablet PC running AMD's dual-core C-50 APU, according to sources in Taipei, with the Windows 7 based slate expected to make its debut at CeBIT 2011 early next month. According to DigiTimes' sources, the MSI WindPad 110W will pair the Brazos processor and integrated Radeon HD 6310 graphics with a 32GB SSD. Meanwhile, there's also talk of an MSI Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablet, also expected to show up for the first time.
