Datamancer Steampunk Laptop now Available for Preorder in US

Richard Nagy wowed us when he created the Datamancer steampunk laptop a while back. Those wishing to add a Victorian flair to their PC need not wait longer. Pre-orders are now being taken for these eclectic works of art. The pre-order price is $5,500, which is pretty steep for a laptop, but this is not just a laptop. Tron Lightcycle PC case mod is the coolest ever

Tron Lightcycle PC case mod is the coolest ever

OMG! I am a big fan of Tron. I watched the original as a kid and really liked the new flick too. My favorite thing about Tron has always been the lightcycles. I spent more quarters than I can count in the arcade in the 80's when I was a kid playing the official video game trying to perfect my lightcycle combat. A new case mode that has surfaced today is one of the coolest I have ever seen and it looks like a lightcycle.

But, thanks to a scooterputer, that's not really an issue, considering the PC is actually part of the scooter. That gives you the ability to tuck away plenty of power for your gaming needs, but also have that portability you might have desired so much.
